In 2016 at age 23, Alyssa founded UNITE 2030, a global social impact organization that works to empower youth leaders to take action to solve poverty, inequality, injustice, and climate change by the year 2030. She created the organization in order to create space for more young leaders to use their voices and passions for good.

Since its founding, UNITE 2030’s impact has spanned the globe, supporting over 30,000 youth leaders in 175+ countries to create impact within their local communities on issues such as gender inequality, deforestation, education disparity, the refugee crisis, peace-building, and others.

Through her work with UNITE 2030, Alyssa has become fascinated with the stories of community members and continues to use her voice to advocate on their behalf.
